At Al Furqan Holdings, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group IT Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Group IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related matters within the group. Your exceptional technical skills, leadership abilities, and dedication to improving company-wide IT operations will be essential in helping us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all IT systems and networks across the group. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organization. Conduct regular system audits and software upgrades. Monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts. Resolve problems reported by end user. Define and manage service level agreements for IT services. Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines. Provide direction for IT team members. Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Devops lead or similar role. Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations. Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A strong strategic and business mindset. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
