Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Emaratech, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing DevOps solutions to support the development and deployment of software applications. This role requires a strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable and efficient DevOps infrastructure.
• Automate software delivery and release processes using CI/CD tools.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize and streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development, test, and production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, Linux Fundamentals
• Must have experience with Building Native Cloud solution (Oracle Cloud)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, Javascript, Typescript)
• Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with Kubernetes Security implementation
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
