Role Purpose The Senior Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative design solutions for various marketing and branding initiatives. This role plays a critical role in shaping BEEAH Real Estate's visual identity and brand presence across digital and print channels. Accountabilities Lead the design process across various projects, from concept to completion. Develop and execute innovative design solutions that meet client or company needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development teams, to ensure cohesive visual communication. Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of all design deliverables. Present designs and key deliverables to stakeholders, guiding them through creative solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to incorporate best practices into projects. Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries. Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or others relevant to the role. Create mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes, and visual assets as needed for digital and print mediums. Experience & Qualification Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, marketing, and advertising. Proven track record of developing creative design solutions for digital and print campaigns. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Knowledge & skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong project management and organizational skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
