We design, manufacture, and supply premium waste management systems, street furniture elements, architectural design elements, play systems, nord automated waste collection system.

We are a 25-year-old firm with up to 100 employees. We are a true pioneer in the GCC industry as everything we offer is designed and manufactured in our inhouse local manufacturing unit. We provide bespoke end to end outdoor solutions to leading institutional clients developing mega real estate projects in UAE and KSA, such as urban area developments, malls, municipalities and large companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee design projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team. Ensure designs meet technical requirements, manufacturing feasibility, and quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a talented team of designers. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in achieving their professional development objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure designs meet established standards and specifications. Conduct thorough reviews and testing to identify and resolve any design issues or inconsistencies.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and production to align design initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design department. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost savings. Promote a culture of innovation and excellence in design.

Desired Candidate:

• Minimum 6 years of experience progressively towards greater responsibilities and success in the field of Landscape and Product Designing
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and trends
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders
• Proficiency in design software/tools and technical knowledge related to design production
• Experience in client/stakeholder management and understanding of client needs
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities and project scopes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently high performer; manager ratings Very Good or preferably Excellent
• Competent in using different online platforms (CRM, ERP, Project Management) and other Microsoft office tools
• Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines in conducting research, handling sensitive information, ensuring participant confidentiality, and complying with data privacy regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
