Have you handled Mega Watt Facilities for Leading Tech / Software Clients?Client is looking to hire a Lead Design Manager, site based reporting into the Regional Design Manager.Have you researched the culture, environment and cost of living of living for the UAE before applying?CV will show clear success as a design coordinator able to step up or as a proven Design Manager ? Can you coordinate all aspects pulling together CSA, MEP & specialist sub-contract packages on site?Client is after someone that can lead a team, communicate clearly and efficiently with clients, consultants and the supply chain. You will understand and have a track record of managing change. This maybe value engineering, change of materials or client change.As the Design Lead you will be swift and agile to ensure we stay on program and document change. Successful Candidates must be able to manage CAD, Draughts team, Shop drawings , RFI\'s, material submissions, NOC\'s and design management / coordination. You will be able to add value throughout the life cycle of a Major Data Center project for a Main Contractor.Role

• Based on site in the UAE circa 40 Minutes drive from Dubai Marina & Yas Island
• Responsible for Design & Technical team on site
• Able to keep calm and focused whilst working under pressure and tight timeframes

\xe2\x80\x9cTim this is not a role for someone to learn on the job. We cannot look at individuals that haven\xe2\x80\x99t built Data Centers as the policies & handing over procedures aren\xe2\x80\x99t like traditional buildings\xe2\x80\x9dCritical factors

• Clear Data Center Experience
• 11 Day fortnight \xe2\x80\x93 This means you work a 6 Day week with a 1 day weekend followed by a 5 day week and a 2 day weekend
• BIM Experience
• Strong communication skills this will be evident through the recruitment process with NSR Associates
• Degree Educated
• Able to start employment before the 1st of October 2024
