Senior Design Architect

Job Description
Role:
The right candidate is a specialist in the concept stage. He / she would lead a team of 10 younger designers so excellent communication skills is a must. Should have experience in developing visions and story line for masterplans, mixed use, and hospitality projects. Highly skilled in illustrating their ideas through sketches and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper.
Responsibilities
Able to produce original and creative design work
Confident with good communication and presentation skills
To have good recognized creative and innovative design skills and capabilities to push/improve design deliverance for the firm's projects
To have good working attitude and friendly, easy-going character to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments, and other senior management staff
Manage/oversee the timely and quality deliverance of the design team's works
Perform powerful/effective/excellent presentations verbally and visually to the clients to get approvals for the design works done.
Required profile
Requirements:
Recognized architecture degree
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in design works
Excellent writing, reading and articulated speaking abilities in English
Hardworking, driven and result oriented
Good project and people management skills
Position is to be based in Dubai.
