Senior Design Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architects (2 Nos) to join a reputed Architectural Design company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in villas and residential building construction and be responsible with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority Nakheel, RTA, DEWA and other authorities including ETISALAT and Civil Defense.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
DM Approved Engineer is preferred with G+12 License
Proven experience of more than 5 years within the UAE, preferably in Dubai
well knowledge in the Government approvals like DM, DDA, DEWA etc.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
