: BH-NS Engineering Consultants is looking for a skilled Senior Design Architect to contribute to the success of our projects through creative and practical design solutions. As a key member of our team, - 10-15 years experience as Senior Architect Design Engineer with exposure of leading a team. - Very good communication - Strong lead personality to manage the design team. - Excellent client exposure and well-versed communication; speaking & writing (English & Arabic will be advantage). Key Responsibilities (Not Limited):
- \xc2\xb7 Managed the Architectural design of projects from the concept to the construction stage.
- \xc2\xb7 Tracked the project work plan and distributed work among the design and supervision teams.
- \xc2\xb7 Managed hours and budget to ensure the project is delivered on schedule at the highest quality.
- \xc2\xb7 Ensured all Architectural design is in line with the local authorities (DM, DCD, DDA and DCD)
- Lead the team to ensure that the overall project timeline is closely monitored and to ensure timely outputs from the team
- Must have Dubai (U.A.E) Experience, UAE working with reputed Architectural Design Consultancy firm on large residential and hospitality projects
- Manage architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and adherence to project requirements
- Bring concepts and ideas to life through 3D modelling software.
- Producing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that align with project goals and client specifications.
- Degree in Architecture or Building Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding with architectural drafting and documentation standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Handle architecture design activities including concept design and design development & Details design.
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior architects and interns as necessary.
- Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
