JJob Title: Senior Architect ( Design Team)

Experience: 9 +years of experience (in Engineering Consultancy in UAE)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

Must be currently based in the UAE with relevant experience. Candidate must have Engineering Consultancy experience preferred. Must be able to work in Revit. Must have experience working on commercial projects/High rise buildings/towers/hotels etc.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs that reflect client needs, project goals, and design trends while adhering to local building codes and regulations. Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications. Provides technical guidance to Architectural Designers working on the same project. Coordinating with the Client. Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts in terms of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications. Collaborate with design director, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE. Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate them into the design process. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications. Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review. Collaborate with construction teams to resolve technical challenges that may arise during construction. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture. Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with focus on commercial, hospitality, mixed-use projects. Proficient in Revit,AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D max and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE/KSA. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work for multiple projects and handle the pressure.
