We are seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer to join our fintech client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a robust data warehouse that supports our client\'s data analytics and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable data warehouse that integrates with various data sources.
• Ensure the data warehouse architecture supports business requirements for analytics and reporting.
• Develop ETL processes to load and transform data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Create and optimize data workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Monitor performance and advise on any necessary infrastructure changes.
• Implement data security and compliance measures.
• Document the data warehouse setup and maintain metadata records.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in data warehouse design and construction and experience handling data at least at the TB level.
• Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Experience with data warehouse technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure
• Strong coding skills, familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python.
• Proficiency in big data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, etc.
• 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp business contexts and integrate technical solutions with business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
