### Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 14 years of experience leading negotiations and business development.
• 5 years of experience in pan-African markets.
• Experience in data center location strategy or industrial strategy.
### Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial class electrical and cooling technology, or related areas of technical expertise.
• Experience with real estate markets within Africa and establishing infrastructure in African markets.
• Experience in collocation agreements, site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility agreements management, energy challenges, implementing clean energy initiatives, or financial modeling.
• Experience in economic development policy, financial modeling, infrastructure development, agreement drafting/redlining, and presentation development.

• Manage confidential projects with awareness of value and timing, and actively contribute to development of overall project plans.
• Discuss all types of agreements with all types of vendors within a domain.
