Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Cyber Integration Specialist who is responsible for design, building,



integrating, and automating (if appropriate) key cybersecurity processes. This role directly supports internal evolution and platform development, working both off-site and on-site, leveraging integration between solutions and systems to achieve agreed outcomes for Help AG and its customers. This role is the primary technical and operational SME for internal projects that require Integration and automation. This role works in conjunction with the Cyber Engineering, Cyber Defence, Platforms & Architecture and Service Delivery Governance teams to deliver successful outcomes as agreed between Help AG and its stakeholders, Customers, and partners. This role supports rapid and effective detection, mitigation, containment, and response to cyber security incidents by designing, building, and integrating the relevant systems, leveraging capabilities of integrating the relevant systems and leveraging the capabilities of integrated infrastructure platforms and tools.

Responsibilities



• Design, build, integrate cybersecurity solutions and systems with centralized MSS platforms.
• Understand and communicate the purpose and big picture of integration.
• Be able to communicate the technical elements that require integration, including the principles by which the relevant cybersecurity and non-cyber systems operate and integrate (e.g., publish/subscribe).
• Design and articulate the requirements for simple/custom connectors to support integration of MSS platforms with various technologies.
• Support Pre-sales, Sales and Business Development of new and existing services, including provide guidance/advice for service and solution architecture.
• Support the service transition process; Work with peers to effectively transition customers and infrastructure into operations.
• Work pro-actively and collaboratively with peers seeking mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Creation, optimization and documentation of processes, procedures and workflow; Tracking and reporting of SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
• Initiate, support and manage incidents, problems, issues, risks and compliance activities; 24x7 on-call for critical or urgent activities as required.




Qualifications & Skills



• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related degree.
• 10+ years of experience in integration, automation and/or orchestration within cybersecurity domain of expertise (equivalent experience in other contexts considered).
• Depth of skills in at least three of the following areas: Security Controls Operations, Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Security Detection, Managed Services Integration, Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
• ITIL Accreditation (or relevant experience).
• Depth of skills in at least three of the following areas: Security Controls Operations, Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Security Detection, Managed Services Integration, Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Broad understanding of IT systems and integrations (Databases, ITSM, Network, Endpoint).
• Moderate to strong scripting and coding, in languages such as Python, GO, Ruby, Kusto/KQL, PowerShell.
• Expert skills in cybersecurity technologies (e.g. SIEM, NGFW, CTI, WAF) as well as IT systems, including Office 365, service management tools.
• Solid experience and understanding of Managed Security Service delivery, cyber security concepts and standards.
• Experience in integrating various Security Orchestration and Automation (SOA) technologies with above controls (SIEM, NGFW, CTI, WAF), including SOAR platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and mitigating security events, threat, attacks and vulnerabilities.
• Active listener; Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to interface with, and influence, pre-sales, and sales teams, to achieve agreed business outcomes.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of automation playbooks for detection, protection, containment and mitigation of cyber security related threats and incidents is desirable.
• Understanding of classic and emerging threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures in both pre- and post-exploitation phases of attack lifecycles, aligned to MITRE ATT&ACK, DEFEND and the Cyber Kill-chain is desirable.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• The ability to lead and motivate skilled security professionals through influence.
