In a nutshellReporting into the E-commerce manager, the Sr. CRM Marketing Executive at Loylogic will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our email marketing strategies for various international loyalty programs. This includes campaign execution, content selection, performance analytics, email scheduling, and calendar creation to enhance customer engagement and drive program success across multiple countries.Your key tasks
Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to each country\'s audience and loyalty program needs.
Content Selection and Management: Curate engaging content for newsletters, ensuring relevance and alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
Performance Analytics: Conduct detailed analytics on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to inform future strategies.
Email Scheduling and Calendar Management: Plan and schedule email campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendars of our clients, ensuring timely delivery and maximum engagement. Most of the times email content will be embedded in the client\'s overall communication campaigns (and distributed via their CRM platforms) whereas in a growing number of cases we also can send out campaigns directly from our own CRM system
Cross-Country Coordination: Work closely with teams across different countries to ensure content relevance, legal compliance, and brand consistency.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and optimize email campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices. Look at optimising also operationally related communication to drive further engagement with the programs we support
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on email marketing strategies and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Your core skillsTo be successful in this role you\'ll need a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen eye for detail, coupled with:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in marketing roles, with exposure to CRM strategies and campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team
