Senior Creative Team We have a new opportunity for a Senior Creative Team to join our creative department in Dubai. Youll have experience creating innovative work for luxury real estate clients along with lifestyle and hospitality, destination advertising. This role is based full time in our Dubai office. About you: As a team you\'ll be: Art Director
Expert in creating visually stunning brand stories that capture the essence of luxury and destination marketing.
Skilled in providing clear and inspiring direction to designers
Ensures the highest quality of creative output.
Proficient in presenting ideas through meticulously crafted keynote presentations.
Copywriter
Adept at developing the perfect tone of voice to match the diverse personas of high-end real estate developments.
Experienced in crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with luxury audiences.
Equally skilled in presenting ideas through finely crafted keynote presentations.
Both Roles
Have a keen eye on trends within real estate, lifestyle, hospitality and destination advertising
Challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
Be fluent in creating fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought-provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels.
Produce clear, consistently fresh, and surprising ideas and compelling visuals.
Work in a close-knit creative partnership with each other and the Creative Lead, to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
Redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the Creative Director or clients.
Must have the following:
Be an established team with a portfolio of work created together
4-7 years of experience in an agency setting, ideally with experience in the GCC region.
A strong portfolio showcasing your best work, particularly in lifesty and luxury brands.
Have work that spans social, radio, OOH, events/experiential, TVS and brochures.
Experience in luxury retail or real estate advertising.
Proven track record in designing for high-end clients and brands.
Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
