We are looking for an innovative and strategic Senior Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and advertising, with proven experience in guiding creative strategies and producing high-quality work. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop exceptional creative concepts that drive brand success. This role demands both creative vision and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and ensure consistent delivery of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative department, overseeing all stages of the creative process from concept to execution across various platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide innovative and impactful creative solutions that meet those objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, collaborate with account managers, and present creative ideas to clients.
• Develop and maintain the creative vision for client campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Oversee and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that creative deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, marketing, digital, and production) to ensure a seamless execution of creative strategies.
• Review and approve final creative outputs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep the agency's creative offerings fresh and competitive.
• Participate in client presentations, pitches, and internal strategy meetings, offering creative insights and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including campaigns, digital projects, and branding.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating a creative team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and other creative tools.
• In-depth understanding of branding, digital marketing, and the latest design trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with an ability to turn complex ideas into visually engaging and clear concepts.
