Conduct detailed cost analysis for raw materials, production processes, and finished goods in the flexible packaging sector.
Monitor and control production costs to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepare and manage cost budgets for projects and production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts.
Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted costs, providing actionable insights.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of cost data, pricing, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the flexible packaging or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial modeling.
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
