Develop, implement and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures.

Responsible for overseeing and personally underwriting highly complex cases, renewals, and endorsements.

Providing guidance on a wide range of corporate matters such as Contracts, Regulatory compliance, intellectual property and corporate governance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and statutory registers.

Organize and attend board meetings and shareholder's meetings which includes preparing agendas and taking minutes of meetings.

Create a positive team environment to ensure the company's success.

Capacity to build the team to success via effective management and leadership abilities by providing strategic and operational guidance to achieve business goals.

Plan the review assignments to ensure that professional standards are maintained.

Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information.

Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations and corporate governance guidelines.

Prepare and present reports on corporate governance practices to the senior management.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of corporate governance principles throughout the organization.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of governance policies to ensure they remain current and relevant.

Manage and maintain professional and long-lasting relationships with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Corporate: 10 years (Required)
