Responsible for the day-to-day Operations and customer service coordination. Coordinating with shipping lines. Preparing KPIs and reports accurately within process timeframes. Tracking shipments and follow up with shipping lines. Coordinating and arranging DO & clearance. Issuing invoices to customers Follow up on vendor invoices and post the same in CW1. Ensure problem solving with shipping line and ports at the time of empty return. Arranging Abu Dhabi & Jebel Ali customs requirements Checking of financial reports on weekly basis and ensure to action it before month end. Closing the job file on time. Working with Cargowise One (Operation & Accounts). Ensuring compliance to all operational procedures, policies and practices. Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
