For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.



Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise of the instrument & control maintenance (ASR) unit in supporting the plant operations by providing related technical engineering trouble shooting input, and guidance, ensure an instrument and control equipment operating efficiently As per company design and procedures, maintain instrument and control equipment reliable performance by completing maintenance activities planned and breakdown maintenance.

Job Responsibilities


1- Maintenance of Instrument and control system. Responsibility includes field instruments, DCS systems, IPS System, Fire and Gas system, GE Mark6e Turbine control system, CCC ASC system, Vibration Monitoring system 3500 etc.


2- Preparation and follow up for capital and revenue budget, maintaining the cost within the budget.


3- Manpower planning, Life cycle management of control systems and instrumentation, planning and maintaining spare inventory.


4- Maintenance, Upgrade of Dynamo Alarm management system,


5- Planning, procurement and completing in-house projects and modifications


6- Control logic implementation and checking for ESD and F&G systems


7- New projects implementation, commissioning etc.


8- Troubleshoots problems with processes and hardware


9- Plans preventive maintenance


10- Coordinates with others in order to determine problems and implement solutions


11- Provides technical assistance as needed by internal customers


12- Manages relations with vendors


13- Defines performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in instrument & control engineering or electrical engineering or equivalent

Additional Information Skills & Professional Requirements:


1- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred


2- 10 years of work experience in a related field


3- Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting software


4- Excellent communication skills


5- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


6- Ability to determine customer needs to develop project specifications and scope


7- Ability to interpret and implement specifications
