• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including construction contracts, supplier agreements, and service contracts.
• Manage contract life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring all terms and conditions are adhered to and collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and procurement teams to address contract-related issues.
• Analyze and identify potential risks in contract terms and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Handle contract disputes, working closely with legal counsel to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation and prepare and submit regular reports on contract status to senior management.
