Maintaining a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.
Handling complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
Reviewing, negotiating and drawing up settlements of clients variations and contractors claims for changes.
Assisting in the reviews, assessments and reports upon contractors claims including review of time extensions, delays and penalties.
Maintaining a positive client relationship and professional firm image.
Understanding, Identifying and assessing project and contract risks.
Preparing and Managing project contracts.
Organizing, leading and motivating people.
Qualifications:To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
