The role primarily works at Engie Power Plant in Azzour North Power Plant in Kuwait. The owner of this role will be additionally the Technical Risk leader for the entire Kuwait fleet and identify areas for extra work growth. This position will be based in Kuwait and the incumbent will be required to travel to the sites very frequently based on the site and customer requirements. The scope Includes all types of maintenance and upgrade service with safety, quality, on time delivery, and within budget. There is moderate to high level autonomy within the role. Operational judgment and good analytical skills are required to achieve outcomes required

What you'll do; All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site. Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising. Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision · Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to the Azzour North Power Plant. Planning and execution of outages/upgrades (Events) of Power Generation and allied equipment. Event parts/repairs planning and to execute Events with Safety, Quality, on time Delivery and within Budget Parts, repairs and resources demand placement, verification & forecasting Conducting pre outage risk reviews and outage readiness reviews Coordinating with engineering for tech issues resolution and delivering Conversions, Modifications or Upgrade scopes. Coordination of activities in case of technical issues during outage/ project execution and operation. Post outage reviews with customer and GE internal functions Reviewing job cost estimates and cycle time assumptions during commercial phase of any proposal submission to the assigned customers Effective and comprehensive handing over of the signed contract from sales and commercial teams On time billing and cash collection Financial pacing / cost classification Inventory management at site to maintain reliability of sites Effective implementation of Site Action Tracker (SAT) and rigorous discipline to close open items Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services to improve on customer experience. Holds the role as Technical Risk leader for the entire GEV fleet in Kuwait, this requires a strong technical expertise in gas turbine technology and excellent communication skills and leadership skills to coordinate with peers and customers

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications); This role requires significant experience in the Services & Contract Performance Management (CPM). Bachelor's in engineering degree from a reputed university or college More than five years' experience on Gas Turbines (13E2s and 9FAs) and associated equipment maintenance and upgrades
