JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESCAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Execute marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives with a focus on data acquisition/lead generation through content marketing.
Plan, research, create, distribute, and analyse content with the aim of attracting and engaging high-value audiences.
Effectively prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment using agile methodologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing plans to achieve agreed KPIs.
CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTION
Conduct audience research for content personalization.
Perform monthly keyword research and communicate findings to relevant teams (Content, Editorial, Conference).
Optimise content considering SEO, Google Analytics, trends, and targeted audiences.
Take ownership of execution, monitoring, testing, and optimization of marketing channels based on content marketing team objectives.
Create and deliver a content calendar through relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail, etc.) to ensure objectives are met.
Develop partnerships with media and relevant associations.
Create multi-purpose content strategies.
Plan and/or produce creative and engaging content for relevant audiences.
ANALYSIS & INSIGHT
Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance
Ensuring continuous testing and metrics-driven decision making
QualificationsQualities & skills required for the role
Experience in digital and content marketing
Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
Analytical and questioning mindset
Building relationships with partners and stakeholders
Significant exposure to design
Strong copywriting skills
Deadline and target-driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Experience in using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
Experience in marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)
