As a Senior Content Creator and Writer at Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials. You will play a key role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring that all content aligns with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create captivating and relevant content in both Arabic and English for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Storytelling: Develop engaging narratives, articles, blog posts, and written content that resonates with our diverse audience.
• Multimedia Integration: Produce visually compelling graphics and engaging video content, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
• Research and Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to inform content creation decisions.
• Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished, accurate, and consistent with our brand voice and style guidelines.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior content creators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Content Planning: Manage content calendars to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics and feedback, iterating on strategies to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in content creation and writing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong grammar, punctuation, and style skills in both languages.
• Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g., video editing software, graphic design tools).
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
