As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront, leading digital transformation journey for our clients. You will be interacting with the client and provide SAP best practice consulting on leading their SAP FICO transformation. The journey would involve understanding the existing Global design and collaborating with client on the To be Design and delivery of the same. You will be required to interact with delivery teams at both offshore and onsite locations. This will require discussion and collaboration in local language with Client as well as English with different teams to facilitate smooth delivery.Required
Experience working on SAP FICO, ECC and S4 HANA systems.
Experience working in diverse time-zones, teams, and nationalities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and being a team player.
Bachelor\'s degree in finance and accounting Stream or equivalent.Preferred

• Experience of at least 2-3 end to end full cycle implementations (from blue printing, realization, go live to production support) of S/4 HANA Greenfield/Migration projects in ECC and S4
• Should have excellent functional knowledge in understanding of business processes related to Procure to Pay(P2P) including Automatic payment program and DMEE, Order to Cash (O2C) including Bank statement processing, Acquire to Retire including PS, processes in retail industry including data flow from CAR to SAP etc. and ability to translate them to configuration and Functional specifications and work closely with Functional and technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PO, FIORI) for implementation.
• Should have knowledge on Finance integration with different modules and applications like SAP MM/SD/PP/CAR and configuring the FI integration points.
• Should have knowledge of different type of taxes and configuration of the same, GL accounting, Document Splitting, automatic GL postings, OBYC settings, Validations and Substitutions, Material Ledger, etc.
• Understanding of different business scenarios in MM, SD, AA, Retail etc, Interacting with team members and providing support as required. This may include like different scenarios of procurement, Consignment, Subcontracting, Manufacturing and Stock Transport Order (STO), Retail Sales, Backflushing, etc.
• Should have understanding of Project Systems and Asset Accounting - configuration and working of an CAPEX Projects, OPEX Projects, WBS elements, AUC and settlement procedure.
• Should have understanding of SAP VIM, the different functionalities offered therein and understanding of the process flow for invoices in different scenarios like PO invoices, NON PO invoices etc.
• Should have worked in the delivery of business requirements for Banking, usage of DMEE, MBC, BCM, Lockbox, Bank statement processing and reprocessing.
• Should have thorough knowledge of different elements in Controlling, Product Costing, Cost Sheet and COPA.
• Should have exposure to multi company code, inter company transactions, multi ledger, multi- currency and multi country environment and reconciliation and inter company reconciliation.
• Should have good knowledge of interfaces through idocs, transmission of data via ALE, custom interfaces, Advance Compliance Reporting including SAFT Reporting.
• Should be comfortable working in Agile framework and should understand agile terminologies like stories, sprints etc.
• Knowledge in Ariba, Vendor Management, Vertex is an added advantage.
