About the Business Consulting Service Line

Our Business Consulting service line offers bespoke advisory solutions that prioritize flexibility and personalized client service - our clients are our top priority. Our clientele spans diverse industries and all sizes from SMEs to International Groups and listed companies. We work as experts to tackle unique challenges and seize opportunities, crafting innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth and success.


As a Senior Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project phases from planning to completion across diverse industries
• Collaborating closely with managers and staff, driving client management and practice development
• Execute and lead workstreams within medium to large scale ERP transformation projects
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with client stakeholders
• Closely work with clients to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for ERP implementations
• Develop and document detailed business process flows and future state designs in MS Visio / Confluence using BPMN 2.0 standards
• Perform fit-gap analyses between client requirements and ERP system capabilities
• Providing hands-on client support that exceeds client expectations

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance or other relevant degrees
• 2 - 3+ years of related work experience in consulting practice in Technology Advisory, ERP Advisory, Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of core business processes in at least one functional area (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Supplychain)
• Knowledge of at least one major ERP product (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) from a functional perspective
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture principles
• Experience in business process optimization will be an advantage
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle of ERP implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Experience of on-job coaching of associates and/or consultants
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio & MS Projects
