• Our client are seeking a Senior Construction Manager \xe2\x80\x93 CSA to work closely with a Project Director on site.

Essentially this role will lead the construction activities and teams on site as the Project Director handles meetings & stakeholders.Do you understand the pace, pressure and complexity working for the Principal Main Contractor handling the CSA.Can you pull on lessons learnt from Mega Watt Data Centers delivered ? You will be adding expert advice and input from sequencing, programing, testing and all things mission critical on site.The Client + Project

• Global Main Contractor that employ in excess of 6,000 Staff worldwide
• 2 Decades of Global Experience handling Data, Tech & Life Science projects
• Strong inhouse capability for Design, MEP , Modular and self-delivery
• Project based on the Dubai / Abu Dhabi Border
• Initial 18 Month Program with 2 further phases to follow
• You will report directly into the Project Director on site that has been with the business for the past 15 Years. This is a critical new hire as the team is growing due to project awards

• Managing , driving and motivating the site team
• Striving for the best quality and safety standards. Ensuring everyone works and gets home safe !
• Co-ordinating solutions and removing issues that stand in the way of project success
• Ensuring that no corners are cut on site from the top to bottom
• Capable to operate on a strategic level and think outside the box
• History of building high performing teams and able to be analytical , calm and professional at all times
• Looking to produce the best finished quality project you can

Before applying

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree desired but not essential
• Does your CV show loyalty and success
• Minimum of 5 Years or 2 Projects delivered in Data Centers
• Clear experience delivering Data Centers for Main Contractors
• Able to commence employment before the 1st of November absolute LATEST
• Client facing and possess strong communication skills but up and downstream
