Job Description
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in conference production or event management with a proven track record in speaker curation, content creation, and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Understanding global market trends, particularly in the UAE and Middle East region.
