Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive communication campaigns across various channels including social media, email, PR, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integration of campaign strategies.
Innovate and optimize campaign approaches to maximize engagement and reach.
KPI Measurement and Reporting
Define clear, measurable goals for communication campaigns and track their progress using advanced analytics tools.
Analyze data to gauge campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes and KPIs to senior management.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement an overarching communications strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and enhances its brand reputation.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to inform strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities for brand enhancement and reputation management.
Content Creation and Management:
Create high-quality content including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and marketing materials.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.
Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, customers, and internal teams.
Act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary, managing media inquiries and interviews professionally.
Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged.
Hands-On Implementation
Actively participate in the creation and distribution of communication materials.
Use digital tools and platforms to implement and manage communication activities.
Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

What equips you for the role
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role, with a strong focus on campaign development and KPI measurement.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic communication plans.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging narratives.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
