Key Responsibilities: Lead commissioning activities for oil & gas projects, ensuring all systems and equipment are fully operational and meet project specifications. Manage the overall commissioning process, including planning, execution, and coordination with other engineering disciplines and contractors. Develop and review commissioning procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations. Supervise the testing, startup, and handover of systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and site personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion. Conduct system inspections, troubleshooting, and performance tests to verify equipment functionality. Provide technical guidance and training to junior commissioning engineers and site staff. Prepare detailed commissioning reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and ADNOC-specific requirements during commissioning activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 15+ years of experience in commissioning within the oil & gas industry. Proven experience in a PMC role, with a strong understanding of commissioning processes and project management. Extensive experience working on ADNOC projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of commissioning protocols, safety standards, and industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
