Ensure contracts are in line with project requirements and corporate standards.Procurement & Cost Management: Lead procurement strategies for contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective tendering, negotiation, and management of supply chains. Monitor and control project costs, providing cost reports and forecasts to senior leadership.Commercial & Contract Management: Administer contracts, manage commercial risks, and ensure compliance with terms. Handle disputes and claims with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring resolution in line with project goals.Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of commercial objectives.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project life-cycle.
