About the Role:
- Key duties include contract management, procurement, risk mitigation, and cost control. The role requires strategic negotiation with subcontractors, managing claims, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners is essential to the successful delivery of projects.
- Review contract terms and manage risks.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
- Control project budgets and cost management.
- Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolutions.
- Ensure timely project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Over 7 years of experience in commercial management within the interior contracting industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in contractual terms, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- This position demands comprehensive commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.
- Fluency in Arabic is a bonus, but not necessary.
