  • Proven cost and commerical track record - around 15 to 20 years\' experience with 5 years in KSA. (required)
  • Must have a predominately consultancy background.
  • High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • MRICS chartership required.
  • Excellent FIDIC and other regional contract knowledge
  • Available to start Q2/ early Q3 2024.
