Job Title: Senior Civil/Structural Site Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience Required: Minimum 13+ years

Notice Period: 0-30 days (Preference for immediate joiners)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all civil and structural engineering activities on-site in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.

- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design plans.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to resolve any on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation related to civil and structural engineering works.

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on work progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

- Minimum of 13+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong focus on site management.

- Prior experience working with engineering consultancy firms is essential.

- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and project management.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

- Experience with Abu Dhabi projects and familiarity with local regulations and standards.
