We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with substantial experience in supervising buildings, sheds and other related developments. • Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of buildings, sheds, and other facilities, ensuring projects are completed within time, scope, and budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on construction methods, materials, and equipment; resolve complex issues during the construction phase.

Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory standards, safety codes, and company quality guidelines.

Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national building regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to processes, technologies, and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in supervising construction projects, particularly buildings, sheds, and other structures.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large teams.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

In-depth understanding of local and national building codes and regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience managing large budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.
