Job Description

Experience: 9 to 15 Years in site civil project 3 Years out 8 in Gulf.

Education: Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

Location: Project Site based

Age: 37 - 45 years. Salary Range: 12 - 14K AED'S + Accommodation and food @Ruwais site

• Study, analyze and review the project drawings and ensure their implementation is appropriately carried out on-site.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting & coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects for civil work.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Foremen and other Engineers to plan for the different activities to be carried out.
• Mobilize the physical and human resources within the site efficiently and effectively to carry out the work activities.
• Follow up the execution of the Project as per execution Plan / Work Schedule and administer the day to day work at site.
• Prepare schedule of material requisition, equipment and manpower based on the pre-planned BOQ and civil project's requirements to meet the execution plan.
• Coordinate with the surveyor in the marking and cross checking.
• Raise and/or check and approve Material/Service Requisitions made; and submit them to the Civil Project Manager for the final approval.
• Follow-up on the same.
• Liaise with the client or consultant; and attend internal and external meetings to review the progress of work on-site and take the necessary actions to ensure the smooth running of the Projects.
• Reports to the Civil Project(s) Manager all activities taking place onsite and is responsible for both the quality of deliverable and effective execution of project assignments
• Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) of the progress of the civil work carried out on-site.
• Provide technical support to all Site Technical Staff as and when required.
• Assist the Civil Project(s) Manager in preparing the site handing over of the Project.
• Manages and evaluates the performance of his team.
• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Resolves team conflict and communication problems.
• Delegates subordinates' duties in their absence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
