• Support Client in supervising the EPCM Contractor at Site for a Simple Cycle Power Plant.
• Daily liaison with Client and EPCM Contractor on civil matters.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and documentation for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
• Resolve issues arising during the construction of civil engineering projects.
• Maintain and record civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review Contractors' daily construction reports.
• Maintain the interface between Employer, EPCM Contractor Site Supervision Team, and Employer's engineering follow-up team.
• Participate in the Site QA/QC function to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Perform progress measurement and analyze reports submitted by the EPCM and Executing Companies.

Qualification
-----------------

• Strong design and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, good communication skills, familiarity with design software packages, international codes and standards, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in EPC Projects, with at least 5 years in a site-based role, brownfield power plant construction experience, consultancy experience of at least 4 years, GCC/UAE experience.
• Academic Education to BS or equivalent level minimum in Civil Engineering from an accredited University, postgraduate degree will be an advantage, degree certificate attestation by MOFA is required.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
