Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Key Accountabilities\xc2\xb7 Prepare the design of a wide range of infrastructure projects involving roads, utilities, drainage and minor building and structures, including production of technical reports, written calculations, design briefs, specifications, drawings, schedules, contract documentation and the like.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity and cost effectiveness of designs produced.\xc2\xb7 Follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.\xc2\xb7 Interface with other members of the design and management team on multiple discipline projects including with the Global Delivery Centres when required.\xc2\xb7 Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.\xc2\xb7 Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals.\xc2\xb7 Quality Assurance \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Quality Management System.\xc2\xb7 Safety \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices.\xc2\xb7 HSE \xe2\x80\x93 Understand and follow OH&S procedures.QualificationsQualification:-

• A relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering

• Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership preferable

Job Specific Knowledge

• Experienced with British, European and International standards and other construction practices.
• Experienced in a consulting engineering environment over the whole lifecycle of a project including concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
• Experienced in the design of roads, utilities, drainage and minor building and structures.
• Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients including developers, government bodies and EPC Contractors.
• Competent in the use of industry software.
• Competent in the evaluation of the condition of existing structures, including condition surveys and projected maintenance programs.

Job Specific Experience:

• Relevant design experience in a range of industrial infrastructure projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Experience in industrial infrastructure projects.
• Experience in port and harbour projects.
