Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and Emerging Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will should have G+12 DM license and Trakhees experience.

Duties

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple teams ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.
• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure they comply with project specifications and safety standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion within time and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Handle any onsite issues or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to work.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project status.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Civil Construction Engineer or similar leadership role in construction projects in the Dubai, UAE.
• Must be G+12 Dubai Municipality License holder with Trakhees experience
• Hands-on experience in overseeing large-scale construction and fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Should have experience working on G+12 buildings
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) with G+12 DM license holder (Mandatory)
• Proficient knowledge of construction software and tools.
• Familiarity with Dubai municipality regulations and building codes.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Hindi/urdu would be an advantage.
