Job Overview:

As a Civil Engineer at Iconic Architecture & Engineering Consultants, you will play a vital role in our architectural and structural consulting projects as well as site supervision. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful design and implementation of civil aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Permitting and Approvals : Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals, working with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

Project Management: Oversee the civil engineering aspects of projects, including coordination with other teams, project scheduling, and quality control to meet project goals.

Construction Support: Provide technical guidance during construction, addressing any civil engineering-related issues, and ensuring that the project adheres to the approved plans.

Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that civil engineering components meet design and safety standards.

Client Interaction : Interact with clients to address questions, provide updates, and manage expectations related to civil engineering aspects of the project.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (master's degree is a plus).

Professional Engineer (PE) license. DM & Trakhees accreditation will be a great added value

8-10 years of experience in construction Contracting and Consulting projects.

Good knowledge of Contractual Aspects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and Independently

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

UAE driving license holder (with personal car)
