Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and optimize construction drawings and coordinate design and development;

2. Full process management of engineering design and on-site technical services;

3. Coordination and control of engineering design quality and progress;

4. Sign technical documents and negotiate changes according to process.

5. Engineering and technical business document management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors; about

2.5 years of design or planning work experience in the construction engineering industry; 3. Strong ability to design large-scale engineering projects;

4. Familiar with the project design process and familiar with the early stages of the project Have strong control over design;

5. Be able to organize and coordinate a team to carry out program design, coordinate the overall situation, have good communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility, and have professionalism;

6. Have project site design (general drawing design) and planning Ability in design, architectural design, etc.;

7. Familiar with urban planning, architectural design, tectonics, water supply and drainage, heating, electrical, business management, relevant laws, etc.;

8. Design of related majors (landscape, structure, equipment) Have a deep understanding and certain auditing and coordination capabilities, and have rich experience in on-site construction cooperation;

9. Have unique creative concepts and innovative awareness, have experience in project design organization and management, be able to accurately understand project requirements, and be good at communication and coordination , have strong ability to review building facades and materials;

10. Be proficient in office automation, CAD drawing software and related software operations;

11. Have good communication skills with owners;

12. Be dedicated and responsible, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have Good organizational and coordination skills and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
