Technical Competency Supports adherence to accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates. Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful. Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence. Supports checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings. Deliver Civil Structural discipline specific design and drafting services that meet Worley, the client's and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements Apply recognized offshore / onshore engineering practices applicable to Civil Structural design engineering. Checking of drawings / models and maintaining quality of deliverables Ability to prepare and details UG drawings Job Specific Knowledge: Personnel shall have the specified minimum project experience in mainly Oil & Gas/refinery or petrochemicals and shall know the applicable Engineering codes and standards. Preparation of drawings for the concrete and steel structures using software like ACAD and MicroStation. Preparation of reinforcement detail drawings for the concrete structures Preparation of site grading drawings. Interaction with other departments for clarifications on information relevant to the drawing to be prepared. Maintaining records of drawings and other documents as assigned by the Discipline Manager\\lead\\Senior Engineer. Estimation of concrete and structural steel quantities of respective drawings. 3-D modelling of structures using E3D/ S3D/Civil 3D. Model review software like Navisworks and participation in 3D model review Clash checking Extraction of drawings from 3-D model. Competent in the use of 2D & 3D software and developing skills in design software. Preparation of Civil/Structural deliverables including drawings, sketches, diagrams, lists, 3D models, MTOs, schedules, registers, etc. in compliance with the Basis of Design. Following Instructions and Procedures: Competent user of workflow procedures for delivering Civil Structural deliverables. Familiar with Worley Civil Structural Standards & Codes applicable to Brownfields Engineering Design. Coping with Pressures and Setbacks Maintains a positive outlook at work. Industry Specific Experience: Relevant years of experience in Green and Brown Field Oil & Gas related Civil / Structural projects Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Trade Apprenticeship, Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma of Engineering Technology in Civil or Structural discipline HSE Capability: Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of the world's best health, safety, and environmental performance. Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to: o personal well-being. o healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and o Continuously improve Worley's health, safety, and environmental performance. o Identify and report work hazards and incidents. IT Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and 3D capability along with sound knowledge of Navisworks.
