Must have a minimum of 3-7 years of gulf experience as a Chillers HVAC Technician. Service, Maintain, operate and troubleshoot all types of reciprocating and screw chillers.
Chiller technicians will be responsible to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control, and mechanical failures and fix them.
Troubleshooting/repairing screw, reciprocating and chillers, VRF.
Replacing of coolers, Condensers, and compressors and Overhauling of Compressors.
Experience with air-cooled and water-cooled reciprocating chillers.
Leading the team and ensuring project/maintenance teams are effectively complying with Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment Systems and encourage them to provide ideas for Quality Management Systems and Health, Safety and Environment Systems improvements and liaise with QA/QC and HSE Departments.
Supervise final inspections, testing, and commissioning and prepares, and issue respective reports.
Conduct Preventive Maintenance following the Planned Maintenance Schedule.
Experience in cooling towers and pumping systems.
IT or Equivalent technical qualification required.
Experience in Commissioning and startup of chillers Carrier 30XA, 30GX, 30GTN, 30GB, Trane RTAA, RTAC, York YCAJ, YCIV, Hitachi RCU, SKM, LG Chiller MCAW will be given priority.
UAE Driving License (Manual)
