Apt Resources is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Carpenter to join our team at a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for executing intricate carpentry work that meets the high standards required in royal settings. You will take the lead on various projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Salary: AED 2500 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
Apt Resources is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Carpenter to join our team at a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for executing intricate carpentry work that meets the high standards required in royal settings. You will take the lead on various projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage carpentry projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute complex carpentry tasks
- Design, construct, and install wooden structures and custom furniture in line with the palace's aesthetic requirements
- Oversee and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices, providing guidance and training
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of carpentry work to ensure durability and functionality
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other tradespeople to achieve project goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on high-end residential or institutional projects
- Must be in UAE
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in carpentry is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills and experience in project management
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
