Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Sourcing & Procurement: a. Identify and source household products from reliable suppliers and manufacturers. b. Develop a robust procurement strategy to meet the company's goals for cost, quality, and delivery timelines. 2.Vendor Management: a.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers. b.Evaluate, onboard, and manage new suppliers to diversify sourcing options. c Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards. 3.Negotiation: a. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize procurement costs. b. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. 4.Market Analysis: a. Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics, and new product launches in the household products segment. b. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement or cost-saving. 5. Inventory Management: a. Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels. b. Monitor stock turnover rates to prevent overstocking or understocking issues. 6 .Collaboration: a. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align procurement with business goals. b. Contribute to product development and improvement initiatives. 7. Reporting & Analysis: a. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. b.
