This position will be involved in managing operational purchasing, inbound logistics, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.Specific responsibilities to your role:Manage all operational purchasing activities including handling purchasing requests, RFQs, purchase orders, delivery monitoring, and invoice processing.Prepare and execute RFI/RFP processes and review Statements of Work.Conduct price comparisons and complex analysis across multiple suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.Monitor the supplier order book to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for IFS, to support in implementation, internal training and streamline procurement processes.Adhere to the approved supplier list (ASL) for all sourcing activities.Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining efficiency and compliance.Maintain a basic understanding of export control regulations relevant to procurement activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance value and reduce costs in procurement operations.Develop procurement scorecards, dashboards, reporting, and analytics for periodic reporting to management.Collaborate effectively within a growing team and be willing to engage in hands-on tasks as needed.Experience and KnowledgeTo maintain cooperation with customers and suppliers internally and externally.To apply a structured working approach and consistent in using established processes and work instructions.Understanding of ISO 9001A positive, proactive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.High capacity to acquire, apply and share knowledge.Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across the organization.You must be able to express yourself in English, both oral and in written word.Arabic language is a plusDriver\xe2\x80\x99s license\xe2\x80\x8b
