• Identify and generate new leads for MEP, fit-out, and interior design projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Familiarize themselves with architectural specifications and construction design elements. Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
• Create and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and grow revenue in MEP, fit-out, and interior design services.
• Present and promote the company's MEP, fit-out, and interior design solutions to potential clients, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and technical presentations for each client, addressing their unique requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure deals and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and resolve Customer quires about technical or operational challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring transparency in progress and achievements.
Educational Background & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
• Experience
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in MEP and/or fit-out works.
• Strong network and relationships within the construction and contracting industry.
• In-depth understanding of MEP systems and fit-out processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Additional Requirements
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and project coordination.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
