Key Responsibilities:

Identify & pursue new institutional clients

via cold calling, networking & industry contacts

Develop & execute strategic sales plans

to exceed targets and close high-value deals

Generate a strong pipeline

of qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships

Represent the company at global industry events

, engaging with key decision-makers

Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network

through incentive programs & partnerships

Monitor market trends & regulatory changes

, refining sales strategies accordingly

Track sales activities & performance metrics

via CRM tools (Salesforce)

Requirements:

Fluent in English

(both written & spoken)

5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry

, specifically in liquidity solutions

Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets

Strong network of institutional clients

(banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)

Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks

Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
