Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Strategic Sales & Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive success in Dubai's high-end furniture market. This is a senior leadership role requiring an individual with a strong network, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to establish FlorenStyle as the premier choice for bespoke luxury furniture in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to strengthen FlorenStyle's presence in the luxury furniture market.
• Client Leadership: Build, manage, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients, designers, and architects.
• Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by delivering customized solutions, presenting proposals, and closing high-value deals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent FlorenStyle at high-profile industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, enhancing the brand's visibility and prestige.
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of European craftsmanship and luxury furniture design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at senior levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue streams and build long-term partnerships in the luxury sector.
