Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the forex sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the forex or financial markets, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and strong networking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in the forex market, focusing on high-value clients and corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and increase client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client management, lead generation, and business development strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and opportunities within the forex and financial services sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand market presence and drive brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as trading, compliance, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and enhance product offerings.
• Analyze competitors and adjust business strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to management, with insights on key metrics and business development activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within the forex or financial services sector, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial products preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; experience with sales forecasting and performance tracking tools.
